The National Recognized Standard Evaluator Program
The purpose of the National Standard Evaluators Program is to provide access to subject matter experts that course designers can work with to help develop On-Water instruction that integrates the National On-Water Skills-based Standards. These Standard Evaluators are ready, willing and able to use their unique understanding of and experience with the National On-Water Standards to review programs, identify potential gaps, and make recommendations for developing the full profile of skills contained in the National On-Water Standards. Standard Evaluators are also able to advise on the level of recreational boating knowledge obtained as a result of your instructional programs based on the demonstration of skills on the water.
